Marketing/Sales Administrator

UEI is a rapidly growing manufacturer of computer-based measurement data acquisition and control (I/O) products headquartered in Walpole, MA. Our Sales and Marketing teams are expanding! This person’s primary focus is to support UEI’s tactical marketing effort by supporting the marketing and sales team full-time in our Walpole, MA offices. Responsibilities include market research, research and update content on our website, databases and various media, support lead generation and managing logistics and providing support to the Marketing Manager for trade shows and other events. Back-up for sales administrators as needed.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Managing and providing support for domestic and international events, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.
  • Marketing research and reporting, including industries, events, leads, etc.
  • Maintaining marketing databases for white papers, presentations, videos, etc.
  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents in various content and design programs.
  • General sales administrative duties including invoicing to clients, updating sales records, sales travel arrangements, etc.
  • Managing/updating marketing leads in CRM system.
  • Updating/editing website content.
  • Posting updates to various social media accounts.

Requirements:

  • Administration or sales and marketing administration experience
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience organizing and managing events including trade shows and seminars
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Desirable

  • Experience with SalesForce or related CRMs
  • Digital marketing experience; Email marketing platforms and social media platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience with website CRM platforms (such as WordPress) and basic HTML skills
