Product Style: What do the "DNx" prefixes mean? "DNA" prefix is for a Cube & MIL Cube Board, "DNR" prefix is for a Rack & MIL Rack Board , and "DNF" prefix is for a FLATRACK board.
Software/Programming: How UEI solutions are used. Hosted - Connected to a PC with Windows, Linux, QNX, VxWorks, RTX, or similar OS. Hosted also is for OPC-UA, Modbus and EtherCAT. Standalone - Controller with Linux or VxWorks OS, Simulink I/O Target or UEILogger. Available options for this product are shown in the drop down menu.

The DNx-CT-602-804 are high performance multipurpose interfaces for UEI's “Cube" and RACKtangle I/O chassis respectively. The DNx versions are electrically identical and provide four independent channels, each having over voltage protection and opto-isolation. The 602-804 differs from the standard DNx-CT-602 in that it implements a general purpose synchronous serial (GPSS) protocol. Each of the 4 channels can be configured as a communications port.

Software included with the DNx-CT-602-804 provides a comprehensive yet easy to use API supporting programmers using Windows, Linux, and most real-time operating systems including QNX, INtime, VXworks and more.
