Position: Regional Sales Manager – Germany, Italy, Spain

As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth journey across those countries—cultivating new markets, building strong relationships, and delivering remarkable results. Based in Germany and reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll manage diverse go-to-market channels including key accounts, distributors, resellers, integrators, and service partners. Your mission? Nothing short of driving UEI’s success to new heights.

  • Drive Service Opportunities: Explore innovative ways to grow direct service offerings.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Leverage market insights and trends to keep UEI ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Team up with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Showcase UEI: Deliver compelling presentations and demos that prove why UEI is the ultimate partner.
  • Exceed Targets: Set ambitious goals, then smash them.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Engineering or a related field (an MBA is a bonus).
  • Technologically Sound: Experience in a DAQ, embedded control, test & measurement or closely related field is a bonus.
  • Sales Dynamo: At least 2 years of proven sales success in tech or industrial, aerospace, defense sectors.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is required; German, Italian, or Spanish are big advantages.
  • Multinational Experience: Track record of managing sales across multiple countries and partners.
  • Road Warrior: Willingness to travel (40-50%) to meet customers and partners.
