About the presenters:
Gaurav Anand boasts over 16 years of distinguished experience in the aerospace and defense technology sectors across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. A seasoned technical expert, he holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad, and an MBA from the renowned Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.

Mike Tencza serves as the Business Development Engineer at UEI, bringing over a decade of experience and specialized expertise in data acquisition, testing, and control solutions. With a strong focus on aerospace and defense applications, Mike combines technical proficiency with industry insight to deliver innovative system solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in to Engineering Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of South Florida, and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
