As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth journey across those countries - cultivating new markets, building strong relationships, and delivering remarkable results. Based in Germany and reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll manage diverse go-to-market channels including key accounts, distributors, resllers, integrators, and service partners. Your mission? Nothing short of driving UEI's success to new heights.

- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Leverage market insights and trends to keep UEI ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Team up with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with cutting-edge solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations that highlight UEI's value proposition and capabilities.
- Showcase UEI: Deliver compelling presentations and demos that prove why UEI is the ultimate partner.
- Exceed Targets: Set ambitious goals, then smash them.
Regional Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Engineering or a related field (an MBA is a bonus).
- Sales Dynamo: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in technology or industrial, aerospace, defense sectors. Proven track record of acquiring new customers and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Multinational Experience: Experience managing sales across multiple countries and partners, including distributors and resellers.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is required; additional language skills (Italian and/or Spanish are a plus).
- Road Warrior: Desire to travel extensively (40-50%) within Germany, Italy, and Spain to meet customers and partners.
Regional Sales Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with UEI business solutions or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Knowledge of industry standards and market regulations in the assigned territory.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
