June 6, 2023 – The UEI Applications Engineering team is the backbone of UEI support and build solid relationships with our customers. They work with customers every day to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues. The team also guides customers through software and application changes, while sharing best practices and experience along the way.
We'd like to introduce you to a few of our applications team members and showcase just how they make a big impact on our customers.
Brian is a seasoned Applications Engineer with extensive knowledge of UEI’s products. He enjoys helping new customers harness the power of our solutions. He recently "helped a customer during a hardware test evaluation for hundreds of strain gauge channel applications and solved their Python code at the same time."
Greg is a great communicator, teacher and trouble shooter. Greg recently led a training workshop with SAAB USA and the experience was very positive.
Jake believes good listening skills are essential to positive outcomes at UEI. "I try to put myself in the customer's shoes and deliver high quality support in a timely fashion that I would expect if I was working with the company." He finds the border between hardware and software worlds fascinating because our solutions are used in a wide variety of industries.
